If you're reading this, chances are that you need some help and support with something that's going on in your life. I understand that feeling.

Maybe you're looking to make some sense of a specific situation; maybe you want to address something in your past, and understand how it's affecting you now; perhaps you want to make changes in your life but feel stuck; or maybe you're simply looking for a place to be listened to and fully understood.

Therapy doesn’t have to begin with a crisis.

TIM MATTIA | MBACP

Psychotherapist & Therapeutic Coach

I’m Tim, a BACP-registered psychotherapist and therapeutic coach working with adult clients.

I offer a grounded, straightforward approach, with room to talk privately about you, beyond your work and other people’s expectations. I’ll work actively and collaboratively with you: asking questions, sharing observations and helping you make sense of what you’re going through.

Together, we’ll explore what belongs to the past, what needs attention now, and what you might want to carry differently into the future.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over twenty years in the creative industries. I understand how rewarding, demanding and isolating that world can be, and how its pressures can affect your life, your relationships, and your sense of self.

The first step is to book an online consultation with me; it’s a chance for us to talk about what brings you here and to see whether working together feels right.
